I have been keeping a close eye on the baby robin chicks living in my back garden this week, and have noticed that there are in fact six little chicks living in there, not just four like I originally thought!
As you can see here...six hungry little beaks, waiting for feeding.
I did a little research, and actually found that Robins only tend to lay up to four eggs, and any more than this means that another Robin is sharing the nest for her own chicks.
